RUDE RAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE CRESCENT MALL

I called in at The Crescent Mall (Rain) this morning to query about my order thats been pending on collection for the last 4 days I think. The consultant was so rude and I wish I remember her name, when I asked her if I could use an affidavit for my ID or a Temporary ID for collection she hung up on me. Called again and told me about debit dates that I dont understand. My question is, why is she so rude. And does she even want to work for that company because the BS she gave me this morning is sick man. Order number ***
