RUDE RAIN CONSULTANTS

I am so upset, I spoke to two different rain consultants today and both of them hanged up in my ear, I called the 3rd time and explained that my sim cards are not working and that my Rain profile online is empty, RainGo is also not working, the 3rd consultant said to me I should rather cancel the services and hanged up on me -DO NOT USE RAIN
