Rude customer service agents

I have a Rain router ,The service was good when I signed up, The network is great .I started to have problems with the 2 additional sim cards. I submitted a few tickets ,but got no response.2 weeks ago the power cable or adaptor just stopped working ,I fitted the router with the 2nd adaptor. Today I called the call center ,they emailed me the APN settings for the phones to be able to use the sin cards. I was still explaining to the customer service agent that I keep loosing network on my router and she just cut me off .That is so rude . Rain can be a reliable internet provider ,but they need to train there customer service agents.
