Rude consultant

Rude consultant, I’m very much disappointed by rain.

Ordered a router on Monday and I was told to make a payment and my router will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. It’s day 4 today and I call the courier company and they confirm that they haven’t received anything from rain, the lady then provides contact details to call and enquire, a very rude consultant by the name of Danice tells me the router is with the delivery company and that the standard delivery time is 1 to 5 working days. I tell him the email says 1 to 3 days and he says he heard me the 1st time when I said that and he’s telling me it will be delivered after 5 days or I can fetch it from the store if I want.. why am I getting this attitude only after I have paid? Are the consultants not trained to speak properly with customers? Is this what I’m signing myself up for? I’m shocked to say the least. Giving such treatment when I haven’t even started using your service, can I trust the service going forward?
