Rude Consultant and unresolved Query

They didn't get back to me at all now is 3 weeks not being assisted at all, after each and every query they just send an Automatic respond with the reference that I will be called and no one has helped me. I once called and one of the agent said I can do whatever I want and he will log cancelation query and refused to escalate my call to the supervisor.still having a serious concern, I will recommend everyone to cancel Rain wifi with immediate effect, worse we paid in advance for the service that is bad. And not rendered. Taking advantage of me . I didn't sign any contract with Rain and my journey with them ends because daily I must buy data as I have none.
