Rude CCD couriers and rain

I’m cancelling your service because of CCD Couriers Delivery Service. The first delivery was supposed to be on the 20th 10-12, my mom told at work she’s going to be late because of that but the delivery guys called at 6am or 7am for delivery, we missed the calls and they never called again, I called customer service arranged another delivery, and was set today between 8-12. Just got a call now from one of CCDs rude delivery guys, very rudely doesn’t introduce himself and starts with, “is this Mendy?” and I rep**** no as I’m here son the payer of the rain account I’m installing for her. Reply from him was “ask Mendy to call this number”. I tried to get him to take directions from me or give him her number, he straight down refused and hung up the call right after informing me he won’t do the delivery
