Rude and poor service

Bad service which cannot be fixed ever and rude people working there, i have made a call to ask on why my router is deactivated the woman said because i have an outstanding balance to be paid my surprised coz am only paying on the 1st my child is at home without any network but i have paid most thing that annoyed me was the consultant that spoke to me rudely and hanged up on me.
