Rude and Bad service
Called Rain to request assistance with cancellation of 4 X routers. the call center agent was rude and said since I am not the client they cannot help me. I explained that the Client left the company and I am in charge of IT services.\ He mentioned his name is Mikael Ford. Call made a few minutes ago at 13:41 on 09 April 2025.
