Rude agents and poor service !
My rain account was paid on the 27th , this morning I receive a call and an email stating that I'm in arrears . I then call to rectify this with no assistance , I've had 4 agents hang up on me and the matter is not solved, To top it off I bought minutes on Tuesday and my account has still not been credited
