Rude agent Mpho Ntsane
I was called by a rude girl Mpho Ntsane who claimed to be from Rain Network support. She requested that I confirm my address and when I asked why coz they have my details she was very rude to me and she hung up. I would like to request a formal apology from her and I want my querry resolved.
