Rude agent

So on 28 July I ordered a Rain sim that comes with a router and everything went well.. Courier made contact and arranged for delivery on following week Tues midday.. On the Tues courier guy calls at 8am of which I was not home and expected them after 12.. He apologized promised to come back at appointed time and that was that. He didn't no one called and instead I got an sms notification at around 6pm that attempts were made to deliver and I must call courier services.. I called them the next morning and asked if they can try deliver that day as I was pressed for time and really needed internet.. Lady ( Mpho) promised to call back and instead another gentleman called saying earliest they could do was following week. Again I explained it was far and if they can't deliver earlier I would have to cancel and he said OK. I then called Rain to ask what happens if courier doesn't deliver and lady said she is transferring to support.. I was then put on hold till my airtime finished.

Later on I saw order cancelled on my rain PROFILE and no call no nothing from Rain after requests and requests requesting support call. Courier called and apologised about mishap and asked to deliver thursd morning which was next day.. I agreed.. Sim and router delivered but weren't working. I requested another call back.. Lady who called was a piece of work.. She told me more than 3 times that I shouldn't be having a router as if had ******.. Put me on hold endlessly whilst checking something and came back to say again that I shouldn't have the router and hung up.

Here I am with a router that doesn't connect.. No one assisting or communicating and I am pretty sure I will be billed accordingly..

I wonder if rain records calls or has QA department if an agent can insult and hang up on clients.
