Rubish service

Rubish, they have been cutting out my data and I do not understand why, I phoned in asking them to resolve the problem and they said it should be sorted out soon, it shouldn't be more than 48 hours and I am still waiting, I changed my payment date to the 15th but they cut my data to say I must pay now, I am so frustrated as I have some work to do.
