I find it appalling that Rain does not bother to respond, reassure its customers at any level, You can’t call them, There’s no WhatsApp to have a direct interaction with their agents even here there is no response they have simply closed their eyes and singing la la la la la. The past week has been a nightmare I haven’t had internet access since Tuesday and I’ll be expected to pay at the end of the month, I find this grossly j fair and sad that they will get away with it. How is a company allowed to operate with a non existent customer service?
