I'm having such a problem for the past couple of weeks. my speeds and ping are so terrible that I cannot stream Netflix or dstv. as for you tube the picture just freezes. sent so many emails and complaints but as usual customer care is non existent. they should close up business and start selling vegetables. really useless company. cant believe icasa does nothing to protect the consumer. rain as a company are rogues. provide krap but want your good money.. bull****
