I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY THE R1 OWED DURING THE RICA PROCESS BUT IT KEEPS DECLINING MY PAYMENT I HAVE USED 3 DIFFERENT BANK CARD ALL WITH MONEY IN THE BUT NOTHING WORKS. I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS EMAILS TO RAIN WITH NO RESPONSE. I AM GETTING SICK OF THIS CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
