I am very unhappy with the internet service; I have the worst speed of 0.2 downloads 0.4 uploads throughout the day. I cannot do anything, anything on their freaken network. My work is suffering, I cannot download study materials, I stream music, nothing. All I'm asking is a refund of R479, I don't want settings, no negotiations, I ONLY WANT MY MONEY! There is no point of paying that much internet and still bundles elsewhere... All they freaken say all day "Please note one of our agents will be in contact with you to assist." and no one ever get to me.
