*******! No internet connection for a week now

I haven’t had any network for a week now . I called the call Center today and instead of getting the help I need, the consultant put me on hold for 10min . I’m so tired of this stupid network!!!! I also hate that I’ll have to pay the full premium at the end of the month 🚮🚮🚮 I think it’s time to jump ship
