******* is what Rain is!!!

Rain’s customer support department is absolutely *******. I’m going on 3 weeks now with hours spent on the line and dozens of emails sent back and forth. The people at that company can’t even get their story straight. My SIM card has been offline for almost 3 weeks now and every time I call in to get sorted I get a different reason on what the issue might be. Long story short, Rain has joined Telkom in my **** books and I would definitely never recommend their services to anyone.
