Royally ****ed

Followed all the procedures, was offered a date and time slot that was convenient for me which I chose. Received a sms with date and time slot that I chose.......Only for no delivery to arrive and then getting a call the day after delivery due date saying, "they can deliver 4 days after the original due date". Remember we all have lives; we book a time and date that is going to fit into our daily lives. Why offer me a choice and time if you know very well you won't deliver. No one called to even say the delivery would not happen on the date I chose. Now suddenly all drivers are not available for the next few days. How is this my problem?
