Roxanne at Rain Store Port Elizabeth deserves a medal. Keep up the good work

After having horrible experiences with the Rain call centre agents time and time again, I decided to rather walk into the walk-in Rain Store in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). It's an experience which I highly recommend to other Rain customers who are rather accustomed to the below-par service they normally get with the Rain Call Centre agents. The staff at the Rain Store in P.E. are all amazing. They're attentive, and patient, and show genuine interest in their clients. A special shout out, however, to Roxanne who never ceases to amaze me with her calm demeanour, friendly smile, in-depth knowledge and expertise. If I ever should have a bad day, my mind teases me to consider maybe just taking a ride there, go for the walking in to get her warmth, vibrance and positive energy. She's someone who's not only there to gather her paycheck but really and truly committed to ensuring that customers' expectations are realized and met when they leave the store. With my awesome experience at this store on the 1st and 7th of June inspires me to seriously recommend them to the Gqeberha Rain public who are too often let down by the call centre agents. Keep up the good work ladies, but more especially you Roxy 😍
