Hi I have sent multiple emails regarding a router that was ****** in my house a few weeks ago.

I was told to make payment and I have made a payment where is the router?

I have sent emails explaining that I work from home and need it but no response.

Instead I am getting smses that my payment for the month is due, LOL WOW
