Router still hasnt b...

Router still hasnt been activated reveieved the router on Monday ive been calling in since then from Monday still no activation has been done if the service was like this i would have taken another service provider...this is very horrible service as the consultants have been giving me ETA times of 24hours but still nothing has happened since Monday
