Router not working
It is almost 15 days that I've reported that my router is not working, calling them almost every day asking them to help me with this problem. I'm always promised that they will be sending a technician to come and help me with the problem but nothing is coming from them. So is it okay that a company would deduct money from your bank not rendering a service?
