Router not delivered, EXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSES!!
I ordered internet for my mom, she received a sim card without the router. They are yet to get back to her regarding the router, so we have paid for a service that cannot be used currently. @RAIN, please guys??

We used it for a while for our business and had to revert back to 4G as the service was off for week at a time with rain citing that they don't have backup power supply for 5G. The 5G connection also dropped too many times during the day and we struggled to connect most of our devices. You are more than welcome to charge us the cost for 5G, but we don't want it. All we want is a router, AND NOT A 5G router!!! thanks
