Router not delivered as advised

I upgraded my services to Rain One on the 10th of November. And I PAID for it. My delivery in the queue. Instead of receiving my router, I received x4 Sim cards. When I called CCD couriers, they told me the order had been cancelled. They said I need to call RAIN to re-order. I called rain and spoke to Siphokazi, she told me she would have my order re-activated and i would receive a call from the courier company. This was last week. When I went into CCD couriers site to track my order. There is no order waiting for delivery. I called again today and spoke to someone else and she told me the order has been re-ativated. I need urgent assistance please. I'm sitting without my order which I have paid for. And will be expected to pay on next billing date, for services I'm not even using. What is going on? I need to know if this will be done or should I cancel this whole order and have my funds reimbursed. I have always had good service since I joined RAIN and am quite disappointed with the service om receiving this time around. Can someone who knows what they are doing get this sorted out for me please!
