Router not delivered and Contract not cancelled

I ordered and paid for my Rain router on 31 Oct 2023. I was told that the router would be delivered by 3 Nov 2023. The router did not arrive as promised so I called in the evening and was told that there were system issues that day. I followed up and called Rain on 6 Nov and 7 Nov and both times was told that the matter regarding delivery would be escalated but did not receive any feedback following the calls. I called CCD couriers who delivers Rain's routers and was told that they had not received any parcel for me. I sent a message to the Rain support team via the My Rain login account on 8 Nov but received no feedback. I called on 9 Nov to cancel the contract and was told that it would be cancelled. Today is 10 Nov and my Rain account still shows that the router is still queued for delivery. Rain's service has declined drastically over the years. I searched and found that MTN home internet is a much better option with lower price and better mpbs than Rain.
