Router n out working

I have had the worst experience with Rain to the point that I want to cancel the month to month deal I have with them but only after I’m credited the amount that they debit on my account where as I don’t have internet connection. I was happy with the Service rendered until last month the router decide to just go off. It’s almost a month now when I have been calling and emailing their support with no valid solution or response, their customer service is ****ty, on one occasion I was told my matter is escalated and network department will contact me, to date nothing,on another I was told the manage will contact me as he/she escalated the matter with priority. Yesterday I called and was advised to go to rain branch, did I not take my last money and went to the rain branch in bryanston as advised only to find that the branch moved a year ago. *********** bunch of consultants with no care in the world for their paying customers.
