Router keeps crashing.
My router keeps switching off and on every 10 minutes. I have been reporting this matter and they told me they have escalated the issue to the technical team. The technical team has not fixed this problem. I have been calling rain and nobody is willing to help me with this issue.

13 May 2024, 19:16Your consultants have been telling me that my issue has been escalated and a technician will be in contact with me. No technician has ever called or attempted to call me. I have been complaining about this issue for some time now.
