router issue

ever since Rain network has outsourced customer service outside(INDIA) to cut costs, it has decreased customer service. I called 2 days ago and I was told my tower is down. I called 2 days later because it'd been down for 2 days. I was told they will "optimize" in 1 hour. It saddened me that you no longer employ locally which has a huge return on Customer satisfaction.
