Router is broken

Hi rain,

The WiFi is off it's not working it's not on the router is going on and off the entire time, did you guys put the router off cause I did arrange with you a payment arrangement for the WiFi so why is it not working this is really not okay at all it's frustrating why am I paying for WiFi that is not working that is always a issue with you are quick to take my money . The router is broken it's not working it's going on and off I have restarted the WiFi so don't even tell me to do trouble shooting cause I did fix this!!!!!!!
