ROUTER DELIVERY NIGHTMARE

I’ve been using Rain for over a year until my router got ****** and I had to order a replacement router (which I happily paid the full amount for) and now they are refusing to deliver the replacement router I paid for. I’ve been calling and everyone is giving me the run around. They router was said to be delivered within 3 working days and a week later no router, mind you I need WiFi to work and now I’m stuck going to Cafe’s to access WiFi which is extra money not planned for. I called the courier service to check on the status of my router and they said they have not received any package that’s headed to me. What a terrible service from Rain and their staff who never know anything.
