Router Delivery
I've been waiting for the delivery of my router , the delivery was scheduled between 08:00 -13:00 , the CCD courier did not pitch .I then received a call from Rain apologizing and advising that the CCD Team will arrive before 13:30 , I've been waiting still . Rain Service is unacceptable as I work from home and I need Datt to work , this is such an inconvenience .

03 Feb 2025, 16:20I placed an order on Monday the 27/01/2025 and I was told that the Router will be delivered today (03/02/2025 ) at 08:00 -12:00 , then the lady from Rain called and said there's a delay however the Router will be delivered before 13:30.I have been waiting .Let me rather go back to MWEB coz it looks like Rain's delivery team is not competent .
