Router collected but still paying??

I have complained previously about the customer service of Rain. I then received a phone call an everything was fine, i was able to cancel. However, the router has been collected but I was still charged on 1 July. I was assured that the debit order would be cancelled. I have had no problems with the actual product, it is only the customer service that is appalling. I would like my money to be returned.
