#***2 – Lost in the "Rain" 🌧️🚫 Review Text: I am beyond disappointed with the pathetic service from @rain South Africa and their delivery partner @CCD Couriers. My order (***) is significantly overdue, and I am being met with absolute silence. As a professional with a Material Handling and Stock Management certificate, I am appalled by this total lack of supply chain visibility. In any competent logistics environment, an item with a reference number is a tracked asset—not a ghost in a warehouse. @rain, your "escalation" process is a joke. @CCD Couriers, your "last-mile" delivery is non-existent. I am tired of the automated bots and the empty promises. If this router is not in my hands by tomorrow, I will be lodging a formal complaint with ICASA and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.
