Router 101

I upgraded to Rain 101 and it was delivered on Monday since then it’s not working I’ve called Rain for assistance and they send me email with instructions but still not working, called again yesterday and was told the problem is on their side but they will fix it by COB yesterday and they will call me back nothing happened still doesn’t work, now I’m carrying this router up and down to work and home
