ROTTEN SERVICE PROVIDER !!!!

Yoh !!! worst thing ever!!! i started using rain in early 2020 we had a good run , recommended it to family and friends who joined. I regret even introducing their service to anyone. they have been showing me flames this year from billing me for months which were there were no usage , to refusing to cancel my sim as they say it is in arrear. and the threatening SMSs - I've given them calls numerous times no one seems to be able to give explanations always claiming to escalate the matter with no assistance or feedback. their service is distaste full and has caused me emotional and mental distress , I've become exhausted and distraught by their constant threats. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Rain don't even consider their services.
