Hy just to advise the technician hasn’t arrived at the agreed time as he was suppose to be around 12pm …may the consultant call me as I can’t even calll to check as I also have to have a few errands to do today.

Thank you for putting the customer first , it been an unbearable week but thanks for keeping me in the loop and ensuring that I am reconnected again. Consultant was friendly and thank you once again
