rogues at rain

I'm at my wits end with this ******* company. i dont understand why cant a government official step in and do something about this company or cancel their license till they fix their issues. I'm getting speeds of 0.02 mbps and all the emails and complaints just go unanswered. the staff at rain has a serious dont care attitude. I'm paying rain for krap service and cannot stream anything from Netflix showmax or dstv its really frustrating. unfortunately i dont have fibre or dsl so I'm highly *****ed because thers nothing else affordable in lte. these people at rain are real rogues. the entire month we must receive krap. but they take your money very quickly without a second thought. pieces of ****s they are . idiots
