Rogue Rain

When I had Rain, the service was mediocre. I cancelled in November 2022. I was debited in December. I emailed to ask why I had been debited and requested a refund. The response was that I was paying for November invoice. I proceeded to tell them that we pay up front for each month, I never got a response back.

I was then debited again in January. I have emailed them several times with no response from Rain. After doing some research, I see that this is a common trend for Rain. Ignore people and they will just go away. So, they have taken R1000 from me without providing a service. Absolute Rogues. I do not recommend. I got better service and a cheaper price from MTN.
