Rogue-ish Rain

I was previously with rain and had the worst download speeds ever....never more than 2mb/s and cancelled it. I have now had to take it again and have paid but after 1 week still no sim and no answers from Rain,they dont call back and send emails that dont help....if you contact them for new service they take you money very quick but after that their is NO customer service.Pathetic service.....dont be fooled by their ads.
