Rocky road, but it did get smoother

Like a lot of people during this last period I have been receiving very poor internet speeds from Rain and I went through the entire process of logging a complaint and complaining.

While this process might not have been smooth or easily resolved, I must say that Samantha from their support department stuck with me and tried to help as much as she could. I am not the easiest person to deal with once I have been angered and I am sure I must have tested her patience to no end.

But after sticking it out with me for the last couple of weeks Rain has managed to resolve my poor speeds and I am now able to work and the kids watch their shows again, or at least it has been much improved for the last 4 days.

I would like to thank all involved for their efforts and sincerely hope that this will continue.
