Robbing the poor Rain
The issue about my refund has not been sorted out. They still owe me the balance. Worst of all, they still invoiced me double again. When will this end. I need my money. This is taking away bread from my children guys. They keep saying they responded privately and no one is dealing my issue. I called them and none of the agents know what's going on with my account. Please help me hellopeter, I need this resolved

I'm on the phone all day and there are no missed calls. Look into my account and study everything that went on since July. You owe me including the little interest you made on my small rands. You are a big company and how many more people are you robbing every month. You make a lot out of our small change. I need that money for my kids. I even tried applying for subscription for my parents on the same day you double debited me, I called to cancel and that refund has not happened as well. You now owe me for 2 accounts you ****mers.

Your agents were instructed to cancel on the same day she app**** because of this mess. She received an SMS to collect the router again today. Please keep the router and refund what was debited.
