Robbing the poor

Rain has ****** us of our money, my husband and I registered on the 25th of March and we were debited same time, so in the 20 of June I cancelled and they still debited me for July claiming the debit in arrears, how can I have 5 invoices for a 4 month contract. I have sent them several emails and no one is willing to assist. Can the please refund my money.
