Rain is the worst service provider I've ever known. On the 6th of June I purchased a rain unlimited sim card online for R479 and I was happy to receive an email with a reference no saying RAM will deliver my card on the 9th I must get my Rica documents ready so I called RAM the next day I was told Rain requested the sim card back, I tried to track the sim its been on preparing status since the 10th of June so I've been sent numerous request for an explanation but there's been no response all I want is my money not their service
