I bought a 5G unlimited data Month to Month in March 25th and since then I never had the 5G that they are talking about but nevertheless I used it but with very bad internet reception especially when attending Teams meetings.

On the 1st of April, I was charged R82 for what not sure but the statement saying my plan is Pay as you use which I didn't sign up for but the 5G unlimited data month to month for R699.

Come 1st of May, I am charged R3999 not the agreed amount of R699 for the 5G unlimited data month to month which since I bought this I have never had the 5G not even the 4G network available and yet I am still charged this huge amount.

I want my R3200 back as I only signed up for R699. What a pathetic service I got from the word go.

No one to talk to but their support which you are in long lines thta sometimes you don't get help at but get cutted and start from scratch.

I once spoke to one of the guys and I asked about the payment which I was told that every forst of the month my account will be deducted of R699 but now R3999 which is nonsense.
