Roater is not working.

I bought a roater via Rain Website in August 2019 and I was told on delivery that it's a 1 year quarantee. In June 2020 my roater started giving serous issues. It would switch itself off even when the charger is connected.

Sometimes it would just freeze for no reason. I contacted rain via their website and told them my complain and the sad part is I couldn't call them.

They took three days to respond. When they responded they said they will ascalate the problem. It has been about a week now and no one said anything. I just Need them to either fix my roater or give me another one that all.

Rain customer savice is very bad and incompitant.
