Rain I think is taking us the customer for a ride. You can never get hold of a person it's always email or the support on their site (which you will have to use another internet provider because you won't be able to use your Rain connection) . The messages are all the same standard thing. The connection is non existent most of the time. I believe that Rain can change this but they won't because we as the little guy paying 480 monthly of our hard earned cash doesn't matter to them we must just take what we get. Which is so sad because it's us that make it possible for them to exist, I really hate when people or companies rip the man on the street off and this is what Rain is doing. They will just reply to this message and ask for my email so they can discuss this but that's a lie too because that reply is also a standard msg and you will not be getting a solution out of them they just bombard you with their preset messages. I highly recommended them to friends and family but no more.
