Good day

So i decided to choose Rain as i knew there prices were more affordable than some service providers but heres the thing. I took Rain wifi, obviously has to purchase the Rain sim and then go on their website and choose a package and register, i needed wifi for just one month as i have just moved to my new place and didnt have wifi so i chose the a budget package. honestly the wifi was so pathethic that i just switched the phone which had the sim in it off. to my surprise Rain was debiting me every month for the wifi i was not even using. I started to wonder why my money was getting depleted every month. when ilooked i saw that they have debited me R480 for the past 4 months while i havent even been using the wifi. when i registered they asked for banking details but didnt say that i should chose a debit order method. so when i went on my rain website i see that they have blocked my access to remove my banking details. i immediately cancelled the package and their pathethic sly services. i called after few days to inform them about the past occuring events, the guy i spoke to assured me they will not debot me again and whola 3 days ago they debited me again. i called furiously asking them why did they do that...lucky the calls were recorded and i asked them to pull the recording where the consultant guaranteed me a refund if they debited me again which they did. they said they will escalate the matter and im still waiting for answers..... please dont choose Rain, there service is pathethic and they scheme money out of your account as a subscription..... I am not going to leave them for taking money out from my account. going to publish them on every social media and going to escalate this matter to the highest authority,
