******* service and hiding information when applying

I bought rain month to month data on the 3 June online, and I was advised that when data is finished for a month the service will be stopped since it's not a contract. So now I wanted to buy another month to month data for R699 and I was told that I'm owing R526 when I asked how is possible because I did not use the service and Tebogo Laka told me that the data was for post paid and is recurring, I was surprised because the was no terms and conditions when you apply, I tried so many times to understand Tebogo but she could not explain she even said that they will amend their online applications and conditions for clients to see that because she couldn't prove that why account is overdue. My problem is rain is ******* service, I took this plan as a month to month data only if I don't want service it's up to me.... Even the call center agent don't know what happen and told me that R526 will be recurring how I don't since I took month to month only. Please let me
