You are ripping people off, your network only works during peak hours. Another money making scheme. I put my Peak limit on zero because I didn't want to pay for the peak hours but you still billed me. I tried the whole day to download but your network was useless as usual but as soon as it reaches 18:00, the network is back. I would like to warn other people, think twice before using rain.
